Bootcamp
This bootcamp-style Fit Camp is designed for young athletes ages 9-13, focusing on cardio, bodyweight strength, and core stability. Each session will incorporate fun, interactive games to keep athletes engaged while building endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Classes are 50 minutes long and will challenge participants in a supportive and energetic environment. Space is limited to 10 athletes, ensuring individualized attention and maximum participation.
